My Journey

My journey has been shaped by a unique intersection of faith, leadership, and professional experience across different cultures and sectors.

Originally trained in engineering, I developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, operations, and problem-solving through my academic and professional work in engineering, power, energy operations systems. Over time, however, a deeper calling toward ministry and leadership began to take shape—one that would eventually expand the scope of my work far beyond the technical field.

That calling led me into pastoral ministry, evangelism, and leadership development. Today, I have the privilege of serving as President of Godwin Ezizor Ministries International (GEMI Inc.) and as Pastor of Full Gospel International Assembly (FGIA Inc.) in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada.

My academic journey reflects this blend of disciplines. I hold the National and Higher National Diplomas (OND & HND) in Electrical Engineering from The Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta State Nigeria, Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom (UK), Diploma in Power Engineering (Distinction), Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Master in Christian Ministries from Briercrest Seminary in Saskatchewan, and a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Louisville, Louisville, Kentucky in the United States. I am also a TSASK Certified Second-Class Power Engineer, with professional experience connected to the energy and operations sector.

These diverse experiences—spanning engineering, ministry leadership, cross-cultural engagement, and public discourse—have shaped the perspective I bring to leadership today.

They have also reinforced my conviction that faith, leadership, and culture cannot be separated. Instead, they must be thoughtfully integrated if individuals and institutions are to navigate the complexities of the modern world with wisdom and integrity.

This conviction ultimately gave birth to the message that now frames my work:

Christ, Culture & Commonsense.

Through preaching, teaching, consulting, writing, and public engagement, my desire is to help individuals and leaders live with clarity, conviction, and practical wisdom in every sphere of life.

As Pastor of Full Gospel International Assembly (FGIA), I shepherd a community in Moose Jaw, guiding them in faith and discipleship.

Every generation is given an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of faith, leadership, and society. My personal commitment for the coming decade is captured in what I call Vision 2030.

Vision 2030 is a long-term roadmap shaped by prayer, experience, and a deep conviction that the message of Christ, Culture & Commonsense must be expressed not only within the walls of the church, but also across leadership, public life, and global conversations.

This vision seeks to bring together the influence of Ministry, Marketplace, and Media in a way that strengthens individuals, equips leaders, and contributes to the transformation of communities and nations.

By the year 2030, my prayer and commitment is to see:

• One million lives impacted by the Gospel of Jesus Christ through evangelism, teaching, and leadership development.

• A growing body of written works and publications, including books and teaching resources that help individuals and leaders navigate faith, leadership, and culture with clarity and conviction.

• Ministry and leadership engagement across nations, sharing the message of Christ while equipping leaders in churches, institutions, and communities.

• The development of sustainable enterprises and initiatives that support and strengthen the work of global outreach and leadership development.

• A thoughtful voice in the public square, contributing to conversations that shape culture, leadership, and society through wisdom grounded in faith and practical insight.

Vision 2030 is not simply a set of goals. It is a commitment to steward the opportunities, gifts, and experiences that God has entrusted to me in a way that serves others and contributes to the flourishing of communities around the world.

I believe the most meaningful impact happens when people of faith live and lead with clarity, courage, and conviction.

Vision 2030 is an invitation to pursue that calling together.
